INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Sit on the mat with your back straight and your legs spread out to the sides, shoulder-width apart.
▪️ Place your hands on the back of your head. Inhale deeply.
▪️ Exhale and tilt your body to the side, keeping your hips and thighs on the floor and your back straight. Your elbows should be pointing toward the floor.
▪️ Inhale and return to the starting position.
▪️ Perform the movement on the other side, trying to maintain correct execution.
▪️ Perform a total of 20 repetitions.
