INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Approach a wall and place your hand on it at shoulder level.
▪️ Slowly rotate your body in the opposite direction until you feel a stretch in your shoulder and chest muscles, trying to keep your arm as fully extended as possible at the elbow.
▪️ Hold for 30 seconds.
▪️ Repeat with the other arm.
!!!Change the angle of your position to find the right one for a deeper stretch of the chest muscles!!!
