INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Lie on your side with your legs straight and your arms extended upwards on the mat. Place a rolled towel directly above your pelvis to provide stability for your body.
▪️ Activate your core muscles and take a deep breath.
▪️ Exhale and lift your legs up, keeping your feet pointing forward.
▪️ Inhale and lift your torso up, reaching your top arm towards the ceiling and resting on your support arm.
▪️ Hold this position and point the knee of your top leg towards the ceiling and bring it towards your chest, keeping the rest of your body still.
▪️ Return your knee to the starting position.
▪️ Perform 20 repetitions and take a short break. Perform the exercise on the other side.
▪️ Perform 3 sets of 20 repetitions on each side.
