INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Lie on your back on the floor with your arms at your sides.
▪️ Slowly lift your head up, keeping your chin away from your chest and your shoulders and body close to the floor. Lengthen your neck.
▪️ Exhale and return your head to the floor, producing the movement from your chin.
▪️ Finish the movement with a double chin.
▪️ Perform 10 repetitions.
