If you have past or present injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please check with your registered physician before beginning any Violet Balance practice.

Our customer support team will respond to any and all inquiries within 1 business day of its receipt.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Our payment gateway is integrated with Stripe. We are able to accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express (and their respective gift and pre-paid cards).

IN WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES LISTED?

All products in our online store are listed in EUR (Euro).

DO YOU SELL ANY PHYSICAL GOODS OR PRODUCTS?

At this time we exclusively sell digital goods and products.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY PURCHASE?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund for your order within 7 days.

Once your order is refunded, your permissions to any included digital products will be revoked.

Please note that refunds are processed via the original method of payment only.
