INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Start in a seated position. Place your left palm on the right side of your head, directly above your ear.
▪️ Turn your chin to the left and point it down until you feel a stretch in your neck and trapezius muscles.
▪️ Relax your right arm at your side and press your shoulder down toward the floor.
▪️ Hold for 15 seconds.
▪️ Repeat on the other side.
!!!Be sure to keep your back straight while performing the exercise!!!
