INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Lie on your back on the mat. Legs are straight and arms are at your sides. Place a small rolled towel directly above your pelvis.
▪️ Turn your palms towards the ceiling and extend your arms overhead, trying to keep them as straight as possible and to press your palms to the floor.
▪️ Engage your abdominal muscles and press them down to the floor.
▪️ Hold the position for 2 minutes.
