INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Place the elastic band through the middle of the feet.
▪️ Bend the supporting leg at the knee to ensure maximum stability of the body during movement.
▪️ Move into a counter-pointe position on the sole of the working leg and slowly pull the elastic band laterally (to the side).
▪️ Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
▪️ Perform 30 repetitions, then repeat the exercise with the other leg.
!!!The knee of the working leg must remain fully extended during the execution of the exercise!!!
