INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Take a kneeling position on the floor and lean back until your buttocks touch your heels.
▪️ Place your right foot a foot away from your knees and your left foot on your back.
▪️ Rotate your body towards your supporting arm, trying to touch it with the elbow of your working arm.
▪️ Now rotate your body in the opposite direction and lift your elbow up towards the ceiling, opening and rotating your chest.
▪️ Perform 2 sets of 10 repetitions on each side.
!!!Try to keep your pelvis and hips in a neutral position the entire time!!!
