INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Sit comfortably with your back straight.
▪️ Place two fingers on your chin and gently tuck it in while pulling your head back.
▪️ Use your fingers to keep your chin tucked in.
▪️ Hold for 5 seconds, then tilt your head slightly forward.
▪️ Perform 3 sets of 15 repetitions
