INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Lie on a massage roller placed along the spine and reaching no higher than C7.
▪️ Raise your arms above your head and bend your elbows at 90 degrees. Your elbows should be at shoulder level or slightly below.
▪️ Spread your arms and lower them as low as possible to the floor.
▪️ Hold for a few seconds and return them to the starting position.
▪️ Perform 2 sets of 15 repetitions.
!!!You can use a soft foam massage roller for greater comfort!!!
