INSTRUCTIONS:

▪️ Lie on your side with your legs straight and arms extended upwards on the mat. Place a rolled towel directly above your pelvis.

▪️ Activate your core muscles and inhale deeply.

▪️ Exhale and lift your body with your right arm and right leg towards each other without rotating your torso. Keep your chest and pelvis facing forward and your back as straight as possible!

▪️ Inhale and return to the starting position.

▪️ Perform 20 repetitions and take a short break. Perform the exercise on the other side.

▪️ Perform 3 sets of 20 repetitions on each side.

!!!The lying hand is a support. Use it as such!!!
