Going through each segment of the body we will work to improve the mobility of the spine and joints, the stretching exercises will provide better blood circulation to the limbs, and the focus on breathing will not only completely release tension from your body, both physically and mentally, but and will support the detoxification of the respiratory organs and circulatory system.
