I salute you for joining the people who do the exercises in the morning and for choosing the Pilates exercises as your method. Those who exercise in the morning are motivated, disciplined and focused, and such qualities help us not to derail and feel full. As a member of this group, you will also acquire these characteristics.
Joseph Pilates is a pioneer in physical and mental fitness. His 34 exercises are the foundation on which the complexes in this program are built. I have used most of his classic exercises to arrange the complexes in a safe, easy and smooth sequence, in which the exercises blend into each other, and the choice of 20-, 40- or 60-minute complex makes the performance of a morning complex suitable for any schedule load. Feel free to perform stretches of muscle groups longer than provided in the complex. In this way you will not only increase the benefits of most exercises and improve your physical shape, but also increase your mental strength and endurance. When you master the exercises in the sequence indicated in the complexes, you will be able to form your own complex, which best meets your needs!
Pilates largely avoids high impact, high power output, and heavy muscular and skeletal loading. Congratulations on your efforts to move to this point. I am sure you will enjoy the complexes.
