Fitball is a combination of exercises with a Swiss ball ( Fitball ), aimed at improving coordination and balance of the body. Through carefully selected exercises you will increase the strenght and tone of your muscles, both superficial and deep.

In Corrective Gymnastics the exercises with Fitball are applied:  

  • for recovery from spinal injuries,
  • in particular in the lower back and pelvis,
  • for the rehabilitation of neurology of the back, shoulders and knees,
  • improving joint mobility,
  • toning and strengthening the muscles in depth,
  • body posture correction (posture).
